Brad of Verdalia: The Commander's Equipment | Tales of Xdripia
Every journey needs someone to carry it. In Tales of Xdripia: The Seventh Amulet, that someone is Brad of Verdalia.
The Xdripian Codex records Brad Messier as the Supreme Commander of the Order of the Guardians of Xdripia: a courageous soul of reputed celestial origin, born in Verdalia and called by Sovereign Xyralia to lead the realm's defence during the Era of Eternal Chaos. Today we take a closer look at what the Commander wears into the field.
The garments
- Brad's Coat: a weathered leather commander's coat with embroidery and the symbol of Verdalia.
- Leather Harness: a reinforced leather harness with bronze buckles.
- Brad's Tunic: a wrap tunic with geometric embroidery and a sash.
- Brad's Trousers: commander's trousers with embroidered trim.
- Brad's Boots: sturdy leather boots with reinforcing straps.
- Brad's Gloves: fingerless leather gloves.
- Brad's Bracers: leather bracers with small blue inlays.
Sword, shield and pendant
- Sword of Sereveldra: a Verdalian sword with ceremonial engraving and a dark blue guard.
- Oak Shield: an oaken shield carved with the Crest of Verdalia.
- Brad's Pendant: a blue gemstone pendant, the symbol of the Commander.
Taken together, the set ties Brad to his home: the symbol of Verdalia on his coat, its crest on his shield, and the pendant that marks him as Commander.
